Italy where the regions of Umbria, Marche,
Romagna and Toscana meet each other, by the town of Città
di Castello (Perugia).

olive trees, the fruit yards and the maize fields along the seven
hectares of organic ally
cultivated land; the products from the vegetable garden and from our bees;the meat of our
chicken and our pigs, all enrich our meals together with the unique
flavour of wild herbs.
